Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

effective from: 01.11.2025§1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store available at: glp1-pro.co.uk
and glp1-pro.pl (“Store”), including the rules for placing orders, concluding and performing distance
sales contracts, payments, deliveries, withdrawals, complaints, and the principles of processing personal
data. - The administrator and seller is Jabro Enterprisse Ltd, 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX,
United Kingdom; registered with Companies House under number 16700550;

a) Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to their business or professional
activity;
b) Business Consumer – a natural person conducting business activity but concluding a contract without
professional character;
c) Business Client – any other entity engaged in business activity. - To use the Store, a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser and an active e-mail
address are required. - It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or take actions disrupting the operation of the Store.
- Products offered in the Store are laboratory / research-grade products, intended solely for
laboratory, research or educational use in vitro.
They are not food, supplements, cosmetics or medicinal products and NOT SUITABLE FOR
HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION OR APPLICATION (oral, parenteral, inhalation, dermal, or
any other route).
§2. Customer Account
- Account registration is voluntary and free of charge. The Customer provides accurate data and
maintains confidentiality of login credentials. - The account can be deleted via the “My Account” panel or by contacting [email].
§3. Product and Price Information
- All information presented in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.
- Prices are displayed in GBP, PLN and include [gross value]. Shipping costs are shown in the
basket. - Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
- Product descriptions are informational only and do not constitute medical advice or encouragement
for human use. - Each product page contains the marking “RESEARCH USE ONLY – NOT FOR HUMAN
CONSUMPTION”. - For products classified as hazardous (CLP/REACH), the Customer must review the Safety Data Sheet
(SDS) and follow proper health and safety measures.
§4. Orders and Contract Conclusion
- Orders are placed by adding products to the basket, providing data, selecting delivery and payment
method, accepting the Terms/Privacy Policy, and clicking “Order and Pay”. - The contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming that the order has been
accepted for processing. - The Seller may refuse to process an order for legitimate reasons (non-payment, incorrect data,
suspicion of misuse). - The Seller may decline orders for laboratory products if there are justified doubts regarding lawful
intended use or buyer qualifications.
§5. Payments
- Available payment methods: via Stripe
- For pre-payment, failure to pay within may result in order cancellation.
- The Seller issues a ; invoice data must be provided when placing the order.
§6. Delivery and Collection
- Deliveries are available within the EU and UK via

- Delivery costs are visible before placing the order.
- Customers are advised to inspect the parcel upon delivery; in case of damage, a protocol should be
drawn up and the Seller contacted. - Certain laboratory products may require specific shipping conditions (e.g. temperature control, ADR).
Any restrictions will be communicated before purchase.
§7. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Purchases)
- Consumers and Business Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving
a reason (counting from receipt of goods). - The withdrawal statement must be sent to [email] or to: Jabro Enterprisse Ltd, 124–128 City Road,
London EC1V 2NX, UK. - Goods must be returned within 14 days; return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
- Refunds will be made promptly, no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice; the Seller
may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof of return. - The Customer is liable for any reduction in value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is
necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. - Exclusions (per law): personalized items; sealed items unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene
reasons; digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun; other cases provided by law.
§8. Complaints (Non-conformity of Goods) and Warranty
- The Seller is liable to Consumers/Business Consumers for non-conformity of goods with the contract
under applicable law. - Complaints: [email] or postal address as in §7.2. Please attach a description, photos, request and proof
of purchase. - Response time: 14 days (on a durable medium).
- If the complaint is upheld, shipping costs to and from the Seller are borne by the Seller.
- If the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, rights under the warranty are exercised
according to that document (independently of statutory rights).
§9. Special Products – General Information
- If the Store offers dietary supplements/accessories: these do not replace a varied diet; keep out of
children’s reach; do not exceed recommended doses; consult a doctor if ill or taking medication. - The Seller does not sell prescription-only medicines.
- By placing an order, the Customer declares they are over 18 years of age (if age-restricted products
apply). - Laboratory Products – Disclaimers (Research Use Only) 9A.1. Products offered in the Store are intended solely for laboratory, research or educational use in vitro.
They are NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION nor for any medical, diagnostic,
therapeutic or veterinary use. - Any use on humans or animals, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, dermal or mucosal
application, is strictly prohibited. - The Seller may require declarations or verification of buyer’s professional status and compliance
with safety regulations. - The Customer must store, handle and dispose of products in accordance with the SDS,
manufacturer’s instructions and applicable legislation (e.g. REACH/CLP). - Products may not be repackaged or relabelled in a way suggesting suitability for human use.
- Violation of this section constitutes grounds for refusal of sale/order fulfilment and may result in
liability for damages.
§10. Liability
- The Seller is not liable for Store downtime caused by force majeure, unauthorised interference by
third parties, or incompatibility of the Customer’s equipment. - To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse
of products contrary to their laboratory purpose or in breach of §9A, SDS, or health and safety
regulations. - For Business Clients, liability for lost profits is excluded.
§11. Personal Data (GDPR / UK GDPR)
- The data controller is Jabro Enterprisse Ltd, 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, UK.
- Purposes: order fulfilment, account management, complaints/returns, tax settlements; with consent –
marketing (newsletter). - Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest of the controller, consent (for
marketing). - Data recipients: payment operators, couriers, IT providers, accounting – to the necessary extent.
- For laboratory products, we may process data required to verify buyer eligibility and legal
compliance in reagent trade. - Data retention: for the contract duration and legally required period; for marketing – until consent is
withdrawn. - Data subjects’ rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint

§12. Newsletter and Communication
- Newsletter subscription requires explicit consent (checkbox); unsubscribing is possible anytime via
the link in the e-mail or by contacting info@glp1-pro.co.uk - Transactional messages (order status, payment, delivery) are sent regardless of newsletter
subscription.
§13. Product Reviews
- The Store may request reviews after purchase; published reviews are technically verified
(confirming a genuine order). - Illegal or offensive content is prohibited; the Seller may remove such reviews for valid reasons.
§14. Discount Codes and Promotions
- The rules for using codes and promotions are specified in their individual terms.
- Promotional materials must not suggest human use of products or deviate from their laboratory
purpose.
§15. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
- Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods; EU ODR platform:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. - Contracts with the Seller are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory
provisions of the Consumer’s country of residence. - In matters not regulated herein, applicable law and the regulations of payment operators and carriers
shall apply.
§16. Amendments to the Terms
- The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons (legal changes, offer modifications,
payment/delivery methods, organisational changes). - Customers will be notified in advance orders placed before amendments remain governed by the
previous version. - The current version of the Terms is always available on the Store’s website.
